Rules & Regulations

Displine is an integral part of the school culture. The school encourages self-discpline lat arises from within and remains throutout life.Some genreal rules of discipline to be followed are:

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline within the school campus and in class.
  • Students should be neatly dressed and enter the campus only in proper school uniform at all times unless instructed otherwise. Student ID card should be worn at all times while in school.
  • Students should remain within the school campus during school hours and not venture out on any pretext. Adequate snacks and stationery should be brought.
  • Students must keep their class and surroundings clean and not litter
  • Mobile phones, cameras, radios or any other gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the school premises. CD/pen drive may be brought only if they have been asked by any teacher
  • Care must be taken of all school property and if any damage is done, it will be made good by the concerned student together with a fine imposed for the offence.
  • Our students are expected to speak only in English right from the moment they enter the school premises and also inside school vans.
  • Discipline and good behavior should be maintained inside the school vans.
  • Bullying is strictly not allowed and action will be taken if any case of bullying is observed.
  • Students should not have parties in their classrooms or on the school premises
  • All testes and evaluations are compulsory and exemption from evaluations will not be considered unless on medical grounds supported with evidence.
  • Taking leave during working days is strongly discouraged. Parents are responsible to make up for the loss of the studies in case of leave taken. The school will expect these students to be at par with the class in every way and that must be ensured by the parents only.
  • Any kind of tour or picnic undertaken by students in groups should have the support of parents and elders should accompany them.
  • Students are encouraged to maintain a simple lifestyle and keep away from flamboyance. Please cooperate to ensure that proper discipline is maintained inside and outside school premises.

In order to realise the highest ideal of education and to nuture the sterling qualities of an all rounded personality, the school solicits your co-operation.

  • Parents are requested to work hand –in-hand with the school in its attempt to help their children progress,paying attention to their punctuality, regularity and discipline. They should take interest in their child’s studies and other activities.
  • Parents need to check the school diary/web portal every day and note the homework and other instructions given. They are advised to check the bags of their wards to see if any circular/notice/invitation rtc. has been issued.
  • Parents should ensure that their children do not bring any valuables to school. They should also discourage buying and bringing of expensive items, including stationery and other items.
  • Parents must first consult the school calendar, date sheets and other circulars, before making enquiries on the phone.
  • Parents must provide the school with correct mobile numbers and also inform about the changes (if any) so that SMS containing important messages like attendance, marks, etc. Can be sent to them.
  • Parents are requested to inform the school if there is any change in their address and telephone numbers .
  • Children when sick, should not be sent to school to attend tests/classes.
  • Parents are requested not to enter classroom to see their children or teachers during school hours without prior permission of the principal The name,admn .no .class and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all belongings of the child eg. Sweater. School will not be responsible for lost materials.
  • Students who habitually keep indulging in cheating,theft, misbehaviour or misconduct, despite repeated warninge and consrant efforts by the staff to improve their behaviour will be reported.
  • Parents should ensure that wards are regular about their studies and make a daily timetable for them to follow at home.
  • The school discourages absenteeism and parents should not allow the students to skip classes. In case of emergency only short leave may be given.
  • Any kind of critcism of the school or teachers should be avoided in the presence of students.
  • In case any certificate is required from the school, parents need to fill in the application forms available at the school office. The certificates will be given to them on the next woking day.
  • Parents are requested to maintain a folder of all result sheets/certificates given by the school.

School Fees are payable every quarter by 15th April, 15th July, 15th October and 15th January. If parents fail to pay fees before the last date, a late fine of Rs 50/-will be charged for every week thereafter. And also if the Parents unable to clear there consecutive months, in this condition the name of their wald will be stuck out from the institute.

  • The parents must guide their ward to maintain a record of worksheets and school circulars.
  • Information regarding availing of leave must be maintained in the leave record.Students with less then 75% attendence will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
  • Absence without proper written information for more than two consecutive weeks might lead to striking off the name of the student from the school rolls. Re-admission may be granted only on payment of re-admission charges. one month's notice for withdrawal of any facitlity/admission during the session is essential.
  • Parent - Teacher meetings play a vital role in monitoring the progress of your child. Please attend the scheduled Parent Teacher Meetings.
  • Parents are requested to regulary monitor the performance of their child in class tests, unit tests as well as the submission of projects and assignments give to them.
  • It may not be possible to arrange special meetings of the parents with the teachers during the school hours.

Students must arrive 10 minutes before the school time. Those who arrive after the bell will not be allowed to attend classes.The school will work regularly from the very first day.

    Summer- (P.G to U.K.G)-(Yellow T-Shirt half sleeves), Denim shorts, White socks with Blue strips, Black velcro school shoe.

    Winter – (Yellow T-Shirt with green hoodie Trouser, White socks with Blue strips, Black velcro school shoe.

    For Girls- Navy Blue colour skirt ,(half sleeves). White socks with Navy Blue strips, Grey and white printed Tie, Grey & Blue Belt, Black Leather School shoes.

    Winter - For Boys- Navy Blue colour Trouser, White shirt (full sleeves). Navy Blue half sleeves pullover, Navy Blue Blazer, Shocks, Belt, Tie & Black Leather School shoes.

    For Girls – Navy Blue colour skirt, White shirt(full sleeves). Navy Blue half sleeves Sweater, Navy Blue Blazer, socks, Belt, Tie & Black Leather School shoes

    Saturday Uniforms – House T-Shirt Coloured, White trouser/skirt, white socks with Blue strips and white canvas shoes.

    Note:

    • Girls must wear the right length of skirt i.e knee length.
    • Navy Blue/White stocking are allowed for girls in winters.
